WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Yes, you can return an item but it must be in exchange for another item. We do not supply refunds currently, though we may make exceptions in some cases.
SHIPPING: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship in reason that each item is specially handmade to order. If you need your order before that time period let us know and we will do our best to assist you. Once you have placed an order, feel free to reach out to get a more accurate estimated ship date.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PAYPAL.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship internationally but we are working on it!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed and begins to process you will be provided with tracking info.
